Founded by Samantha Harrison, the business has grown from a home-based service into a multi–seven-figure company with a booked-out salon, nationwide wholesale of premium extensions, and education programs that have empowered thousands to start their own businesses. After uncovering industry mistruths on a trip to China, Sam made it her mission to create a transparent, high-quality extension brand, one that has redefined quality standards while creating new opportunities for financial independence across the industry.

Our Journey

Let me tell you something about Samantha: this woman is absolutely bonkers… in the best way possible. She’ll casually say she’s going to build a software company or host a 200-person awards night for the hair extension industry... and a few days later (after i've said 'no, you're crazy') the plan is already in motion.

I’ve known Sam since we were twelve, and watching her grow from humble beginnings into a multi seven-figure brand has been the sweetest (and wildest) journey to witness. She went from not hitting the tax threshold for seven years to leading a hair empire, all before the age of 30 as a single mum of 2.

Professionally, I came on board a year after her education platform launched to elevate her brand to match her vision. Since then, we’ve:

• Re-designed and levelled up her course workbooks.

• Transformed her 15-module course into a printed book.

• Built and continuously evolved her website to reflect her brand’s growth.

• Kickstarted her email marketing with flows that made $110k in their first year, quietly running untouched while her list grew organically.

• Started monthly email marketing and delivered a 17x return in the very first month.

• Designed all collateral for THE Awards

• Assisted on creative direction & design for her new software company, Nisha.

And this is just the beginning. Sam is now preparing to launch a software company set to transform the salon industry.
