If it feels like we're a great fit, we'll send you our full Service Guide and invite you to a discovery call. It's a chance for us to learn more about your brand, your goals and how you like to work, while giving you the opportunity to ask any questions before we get started.

Every brand works a little differently. Some like to plan campaigns a month in advance, while others prefer the flexibility of working week by week. We'll shape our workflow around the way your business naturally operates.

At the start of each month, you'll receive a performance overview of the previous month's campaigns, along with our recommendations for what to focus on next.

We'll also schedule a monthly catch-up (via Zoom or email, whichever you prefer) to discuss what's coming up, plan any campaigns or launches, and make sure we're always a step ahead.

Between those check-ins, we'll be working behind the scenes on your campaigns, keeping you updated through your preferred communication channel and your dedicated Asana board.

Note: We try our best not to bombard you with messages as we completely understand founders are busy.

Quarterly planning (optional)

If you love planning ahead, we'll schedule a quarterly planning session to map out launches, key dates and campaign ideas together. If your business moves more week by week, that's completely fine too. We'll simply work alongside your natural rhythm.

Whether you prefer Slack, WhatsApp or email, we'll communicate in whatever way feels most natural for you.

Project management

Everything lives in your dedicated Asana board, so you'll always know what's in progress, what's coming up next and where feedback is needed. This is where you'll review, approve and leave notes on your email campaigns and any additional projects we're working on together.

For launch support, email automations and content creation, we have set pricing to keep things simple.

For larger projects like website builds, brand refreshes or photography, we'll either recommend a VIP Day or provide a tailored project proposal with a clear scope, timeline and investment for you to approve.

We start by building consistency through your weekly campaigns while getting to know your brand, customers and long-term vision. Then, as your business grows, we naturally move into the bigger projects together.

That might look like a website refresh, a new brand identity, a wholesale guide, campaign creative or email automations.

Rather than tackling everything at once, we quote larger projects separately and break them into manageable stages. That means the work, and the investment, can be spread over a timeline that feels achievable for your business.

The best part? By the time we're ready for those bigger projects, we already know your brand inside out, so the process is smoother, faster and far more cohesive.

Perfect! Campaign support is the heartbeat of The Studio.

Our partnership is built around helping brands stay consistent through thoughtful email marketing, campaign planning and performance insights. Additional creative support is simply there whenever you need it.

Absolutely. We understand that every brand moves through different seasons... and also need a holiday every now and again.

Studio partners can pause campaigns for up to 4 weeks per 12 month period. We may also recommend a strategic pause from time to time if we believe it's in the best interest of your audience, launch schedule or overall marketing performance.

We generally recommend committing to at least 3 months, as this gives us time to build momentum and see the impact of consistent marketing.

That said, we don't believe in locking brands into long-term contracts (they stay because they love it). If we aren't the right fit, you're welcome to leave at any time with 14 days' notice.

As a small studio, this simply gives us enough time to wrap things up thoughtfully and prepare for a new partner to join us.

You can be as involved as you'd like.

Many founders enjoy being more hands-on during the early months as we refine the brand direction, test ideas and learn what resonates most with your audience. As confidence grows and a clear creative rhythm is established, many naturally step back and focus on other areas of the business.

With nearly a decade of experience helping brands grow through thoughtful marketing and creative direction, Bolivia is highly self-led and able to take ownership of the day-to-day execution with minimal guidance.

That said, all campaigns and creative work are approved by you before going live to ensure all information is correct & authentic.

No. While our campaigns have the option to include supporting social content, we don't offer full social media management.

With the change in algorithms in recent years, we've found that the most engaging social accounts are usually led by the people closest to the brand. This creates a more authentic experience for your audience while allowing us to focus on what we do best: email marketing, campaign planning and creative support.

Need additional social assets creating or specific templates? We're happy to help as your brand evolves.

Not anymore. We intentionally focus on long-term partnerships because that's where we see the biggest impact.

We do occasionally offer VIP Days for our past clients, but our ongoing partners always receive first priority.
